Our Organization
Friends in Toronto Community Services (FITCS) is dedicated to strengthening communities through restorative justice, youth development, and culturally responsive support services.
Our work focuses on addressing the root causes of violence and conflict by equipping young people with the tools, support, and opportunities they need to build positive futures.
At FITCS, we recognize that many youth face systemic barriers related to poverty, discrimination, trauma, and social exclusion. Our programs are designed to respond to these realities by providing meaningful interventions that prioritize dignity, healing, and accountability.
Our Mission
To empower youth and communities through restorative justice, culturally grounded healing practices, and collaborative solutions that promote safety, accountability, and personal growth.
Our Vision
Communities where youth are supported, conflicts are resolved through understanding and accountability, and restorative justice becomes a central pathway to healing and prevention.
