01 — Anti-Racism
Black, Indigenous, and racialized youth are disproportionately impacted by systems of violence, incarceration, and exclusion. Our programs are built to challenge and dismantle these inequities through advocacy, culturally responsive practice, and systemic change. At FITCS, we prioritize the voices and experiences of racialized communities in all that we do.

02 — Access to Restorative Justice
With so many communities locked out of healing processes, FITCS expands access to restorative practices such as circles, dialogue, and community-led accountability as alternatives to punitive systems that perpetuate harm. We work with schools, justice partners, and families to make restorative approaches available to all who need them.

03 — Economic & Community Development
True justice includes economic justice. We build pathways to entrepreneurship, employment, and community wealth for youth and families who have been historically excluded from opportunity and economic participation. Our small business support and community development work is rooted in the belief that self-determination is a fundamental right.
